budget of the Union body — the instrument which, for each financial year, forecasts and authorises all revenue and expenditure considered necessary for the Union body Article 2
constituent act — the instrument of Union law governing the main aspects of the setting up and operation of the Union body Article 2
director — the person responsible for implementing the decisions of the management board and the budget of the Union body as authorising officer, irrespective of the title given to that person in the constituent act Article 2
executive board — the internal body of the Union body that assists the management board and whose responsibilities and rules of procedures are set out in the constituent act Article 2
management board — the main internal body of the Union body that is responsible for taking decisions on financial and budgetary matters, irrespective of the name given to it in the constituent act Article 2
