group — an ultimate parent company and all of its subsidiary companies (11)
intermediate parent company — a parent company governed by the law of a Member State, which is not controlled by another company governed by the law of a Member State, and which is not an ultimate parent company (9)
legalisation — the formality for certifying the authenticity of a public office holder’s signature on a document, the capacity in which the person signing that document has acted and, where appropriate, the identity of the seal or stamp which that document bears (12)
