court — — in England and Wales, a County Court hearing centre where there is also a Chancery District Registry or the High Court (as provided for in rule 63.13 of the Civil Procedure Rules 1998), in Scotland, the sheriff or the Court of Session, and in Northern Ireland, a county court or the High Court Section 2

infringer — a person who has unlawfully acquired, used or disclosed a trade secret Section 2

trade secret holder — any person lawfully controlling a trade secret Section 2

working day — any day except a Saturday or Sunday, Christmas Day, Good Friday or a day which is a bank holiday in any part of the United Kingdom under section 1 of the Banking and Financial Dealings Act 1971 (bank holidays) Section 11(5)
