Regulation (EEC) No 1017/68 of the Council of 19 July 1968 applying rules of competition to transport by rail, road and inland waterway · European Union
Any decision applying Article 5 taken under Article 11 (4) or under the second subparagraph of Article 12 (4) shall indicate the period for which it is to be valid ; normally such period shall not be less than six years. Conditions and obligations may be attached to the decision.
