Second Council Directive 75/319/EEC of 20 May 1975 on the approximation of provisions laid down by Law, Regulation or Administrative Action relating to proprietary medicinal products · European Union

In the light of experience the Commission shall, not later than four years after the entry into force of this Directive, submit to the Council a proposal containing appropriate measures leading towards the abolition of any remaining barriers to the free movement of proprietary medicinal products. The Council shall take a decision on the Commission proposal no later than one year after its submission. CHAPTER IV Manufacture and imports coming from third countries
