Second Council Directive 75/319/EEC of 20 May 1975 on the approximation of provisions laid down by Law, Regulation or Administrative Action relating to proprietary medicinal products · European Union

In addition to the measures specified in Article 28, the competent authority of a Member State may suspend manufacture or imports of proprietary medicinal products coming from third countries, or suspend or revoke the authorization referred to in Article 16 for a category of preparations or all preparations where Articles 18, 19, 22 and 27 are not complied with.
