Die Mitgliedstaaten dürfen das Inverkehrbringen einer Aerosolpackung nicht auf Grund der in dieser Richtlinie und ihrem Anhang enthaltenen Anforderungen ablehnen , verbieten oder beschränken , wenn sie den Vorschriften dieser Richtlinie und ihres Anhangs entspricht .
