Council Directive 76/768/EEC of 27 July 1976 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to cosmetic products · European Union
Cosmetic products containing one of the substances listed in Annex V and cosmetic products containing colouring agents other than those referred to in Annexes III and IV and which are not intended to come into contact with the mucous membranes are excluded from the scope of this Directive. Member States may take such measures as they deem necessary with regard to these products.
