Council Directive 79/373/EEC of 2 April 1979 on the marketing of compound feedingstuffs · European Union
Where the procedure laid down in this Article is to be followed, the matter shall be referred without delay to the Standing Committee for Feedingstuffs, hereinafter called "the Committee", by its chairman, either on his own initiative or at the request of a Member State.
