Article 7

Council Directive 79/373/EEC of 2 April 1979 on the marketing of compound feedingstuffs · European Union

Member States may prescribe that the procedures laid down in points 3, 4 and 9.3 of the Annex shall apply to the marketing of compound feedingstuffs. Member States may also fix relevant tolerances in the cases referred to in point 9.3 of the Annex and for analytical constituents other than those referred to therein.
