Article 1

Council Directive 80/232/EEC of 15 January 1980 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to the ranges of nominal quantities and nominal capacities permitted for certain prepackaged products · European Union

This Directive shall apply to products put up in prepackages in accordance with Articles 1 and 2 of Directive 76/211/EEC and which are mentioned in the Annexes hereto ; it shall not apply to prepackaged products intended solely for professional use.
