Article 16

Council Directive 81/851/EEC of 28 September 1981 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to veterinary medicinal products · European Union

1. In order to facilitate the adoption of a common position by the Member States with regard to marketing authorizations, a Committee for Veterinary Medicinal Products, hereinafter called "the Committee", is hereby set up ; it shall be composed of representatives of the Member States and of the Commission. 2. The Committee shall, when so requested by a Member State, examine questions relating to the implementation of Articles 11, 36 and 49, in accordance with Articles 17 to 22. 3. The Committee shall draw up its own rules of procedure.
