Council Directive 81/851/EEC of 28 September 1981 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to veterinary medicinal products · European Union
If several applications have been submitted in accordance with Article 5 for marketing authorization for the same veterinary medicinal product and one or more Member States have granted such authorization while one or more of the other Member States have withheld it, one of the Member States concerned may bring the matter before the Committee. The same shall apply where one or more Member States have suspended or withdrawn marketing authorization while one or more of the other Member States have not done so.
