Council Directive 81/851/EEC of 28 September 1981 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to veterinary medicinal products · European Union
Member States shall take all appropriate measures to ensure that the holder of the authorization referred to in Article 24 has permanently and continuously at his disposal the services of at least one qualified person who fulfils the conditions laid down in Article 31 and is responsible, in particular, for carrying out the duties specified in Article 30.
