Council Directive 81/851/EEC of 28 September 1981 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to veterinary medicinal products · European Union
A person engaging in the activities of the person referred to in Article 29 in a Member State at the time when this Directive is brought into force in that State but not complying with the provisions of Article 31 shall be eligible to continue to engage in those activities in the State concerned.
