Council Directive 81/851/EEC of 28 September 1981 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to veterinary medicinal products · European Union
The competent authority of a Member State shall suspend or withdraw the authorization referred to in Article 24 for a category of preparations or for all preparations if any of the requirements laid down for obtaining this authorization is no longer met.
