Article 6

Council Directive 81/851/EEC of 28 September 1981 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to veterinary medicinal products · European Union

Member States shall make all necessary arrangements to ensure that the documents and particulars listed in points 8, 9 and 10 of the second paragraph of Article 5 are drafted by experts with the requisite technical or professional qualifications before being submitted to the competent authorities. These documents and particulars shall be signed by the experts in question.
