Article 10

Council Directive 82/884/EEC of 3 December 1982 on a limit value for lead in the air · European Union

1. A committee on the adaptation of this Directive to scientific and technical progress hereinafter called "the committee", is hereby set up ; it shall consist of representatives of the Member States with a Commission representative as chairman. 2. The committee shall adopt its own rules of procedure.
