Council Directive 82/894/EEC of 21 December 1982 on the notification of animal diseases within the Community · European Union
Where the procedure laid down in this Article is to be followed, the matter shall without delay be referred by the chairman, either, on his own initiative or at the request of a Member State, to the Standing Veterinary Committee (hereinafter referred to as "the committee") set up by the Council Decision of 15 October 1968.
