Council Directive 85/577/EEC of 20 December 1985 to protect the consumer in respect of contracts negotiated away from business premises · European Union

Member States shall take the measures necessary to comply with this Directive within 24 months of its notification This Directive was notified to the Member States on 23 December 1985. . They shall forthwith inform the Commission thereof.
