1. The prospectus, the latest annual report and any subsequent half-yearly report published must be offered to subscribers free of charge before the conclusion of a contract. 2. In addition, the annual and half-yearly reports must be available to the public at the places specified in the prospectus. 3. The annual and half-yearly reports shall be supplied to unit-holders free of charge on request. B.Publication of other information
