Council Directive 85/611/EEC of 20 December 1985 on the coordination of laws, regulations and administrative provisions relating to undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities (UCITS) · European Union

Paragraph 2 shall not, however, preclude communications between the authorities of the various Member States referred to in Article 49, as provided for in this Directive. Information thus exchanged shall be covered by the obligation of professional secrecy on persons employed or formerly employed by the authorities receiving the information.
