Council Regulation (EEC) No 3975/87 of 14 December 1987 laying down the procedure for the application of the rules on competition to undertakings in the air transport sector · European Union

In carrying out the duties assigned to it by this Regulation, the Commission may undertake all necessary investigations into undertakings and associations of undertakings. To this end the officials authorized by the Commission shall be empowered: to examine the books and other business records: to take copies of, or extracts from, the books and business records; to ask for oral explanations on the spot; to enter any premises, land and vehicles used by undertakings or associations of undertakings.
