Council Directive 88/314/EEC of 7 June 1988 on consumer protection in the indication of the prices of non-food products · European Union
The exemptions referred to in paragraph 1 shall be without prejudice to more stringent obligations to indicate prices existing under national provisions at the time of adoption of this Directive.
