Council Directive 89/107/EEC of 21 December 1988 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States concerning food additives authorized for use in foodstuffs intended for human consumption · European Union

By way of derogation from paragraph 1, the information required in point (a), second indent, and points (d) to (g), may appear merely on the documents relating to the consignment which are to be supplied with or prior to the delivery, provided that the indication 'intended for the manufacture of foodstuffs and not for retail sale' appears on a conspicuous part
