I, the undersigned official veterinarian, certify that: the embryos described above were collected, processed and stored under conditions which comply with the standards laid down in Directive No 89/556/EEC and, where consigned to a Member State which does not vaccinate against foot-and-mouth disease, with the requirements set out in the second indent of Article 4 (1) of that Directive; (b) the embryos described above were sent to the place of loading in sealed containers under conditions which comply with the provisions of Directive No 89/556/EEC.
