Article 12

Council Directive 89/556/EEC of 25 September 1989 on animal health conditions governing intra-Community trade in and importation from third countries of embryos of domestic animals of the bovine species · European Union

Each consignment of embryos authorized for importation into the Community by a Member State on the basis of the control referred to in Article 11 (1) must, when sent to the territory of another Member State, be accompanied by the original animal health certificate or an authenticated copy thereof, suitably endorsed, in either case, by the competent authority which was responsible for the control carried out in accordance with Article 11.
