Council Directive 89/656/EEC of 30 November 1989 on the minimum health and safety requirements for the use by workers of personal protective equipment at the workplace (third individual directive within the meaning of Article 16 (1) of Directive 89/391/EEC) · European Union

Alterations of a strictly technical nature to Annexes I, II and III resulting from: the adoption of technical harmonization and standardization directives relating to personal protective equipment, and/or technical progress and changes in international regulations and specifications or knowledge in the field of personal protective equipment, shall be adopted in accordance with the procedure provided for in Article 17 of Directive 89/391/EEC.
