90/424/EEC: Council Decision of 26 June 1990 on expenditure in the veterinary field · European Union
Notwithstanding Articles 22, 23, and 24, the level of Community financial participation for programmes relating to the diseases referred to in the said Articles shall be fixed by the Commission, according to the procedure provided for in Article 41, at 50 % of the costs incurred in the Member State by way of compensation for owners for the slaughter of cattle because of the disease concerned.
