Community financial aid may be granted with a view to promoting the smooth operation of exchange programmes notably through the further training courses referred to in Article 36 (1). The level of financial contribution by the Community, and any conditions to which it may be subject, shall be determined in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 41.
