90/424/EEC: Council Decision of 26 June 1990 on expenditure in the veterinary field · European Union
Where a Member State is directly threatened by the occurrence or the development, in the territory of an adjacent third country or Member State, of one of the diseases referred to in Article 3 (1), 4 (1) and (2) or 11 (1), it shall inform the Commission and the other Member States of the measures which it intends to adopt for its protection.
