Member States shall ensure that in relation to the contract the following principles apply: depending on the particular package, the contract shall contain at least the elements listed in the Annex; all the terms of the contract are set out in writing or such other form as is comprehensible and accessible to the consumer and must be communicated to him before the conclusion of the contract; the consumer is given a copy of these terms; the provision under (b) shall not preclude the belated conclusion of last-minute reservations or contracts.
