Council Directive 90/394/EEC of 28 June 1990 on the protection of workers from the risks related to exposure to carcinogens at work (Sixth individual Directive within the meaning of Article 16 (1) of Directive 89/391/EEC) · European Union

In accordance with national laws and/or practice: workers shall have access to the results of the health surveillance which concern them, and the workers concerned or the employer may request a review of the results of the health surveillance.
