Arrangements shall be fixed in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 32 to ensure that: (a)in the interests of administrative simplification, contracts of lesser value may be excluded, provided that the usefulness of the statistics is not jeopardized; (b)the confidential nature of the information provided is respected.
