If the point of entry is a border inspection post, the products must undergo without delay the checks provided for in Article 4 (1) and in point 2 below: ensure that the checks provided for in Article 4 (1) have been satisfactorily performed, carry out the checks provided for in point 2. (b) the point of entry is a crossing point of the kind referred to in Article 4 (2), or if the products come from a warehouse in accordance with Article 6 (3), they must be transferred without delay under customs supervision to the nearest border inspection post where the official veterinarian must:
