Council Directive 91/414/EEC of 15 July 1991 concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market · European Union
während der nach geltendem einzelstaatlichen Recht vorgesehenen Zeiträume von höchstens zehn Jahren nach der ersten Zulassung des Pflanzenschutzmittels in jedem Mitgliedstaat, wenn diese Zulassung vor Aufnahme eines in diesem Erzeugnis enthaltenen Wirkstoffes in Anhang I erfolgt.
