Für die Aufnahme eines Wirkstoffs in Anhang I ist in ganz besonderem Masse folgendes zu berücksichtigen: wo dies relevant ist, eine für den Menschen annehmbare Tagesdosis (ADI-Wert); b) falls erforderlich, eine annehmbare Anwenderexposition; c) wo dies relevant ist, Einschätzung des Verbleibs und der Verbreitung in der Umwelt sowie der Auswirkung auf Arten, die nicht bekämpft werden sollen.
