Council Directive 91/630/EEC of 19 November 1991 laying down minimum standards fo the protection of pigs · European Union
The Commission shall, in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 10, draw up a code of rules to be applied in carrying out the inspections provided for in paragraph 1.
