Article 12 › 1
Council Directive 91/676/EEC of 12 December 1991 concerning the protection of waters against pollution caused by nitrates from agricultural sources · European Union
The Member States shall bring into force the laws, regulations and administrative provisions necessary to comply with this Directive within two years of its notification ( 2 ). They shall forthwith inform the Commission thereof.
