1.

Member States shall, without further technical requirements or evaluation, recognize products designed, manufactured, operated and maintained in compliance with the common technical requirements and administrative procedures where such products have been certificated by another Member State. When the original recognition is for a particular purpose, or purposes, any subsequent recognition shall cover the same purpose(s).
