Nach dem Verfahren des Artikels 21 werden, falls erforderlich, Durchführungsbestimmungen für die in Artikel 5 vorgesehenen Kontrollen und die in den Artikeln 10 und 17 vorgesehene amtliche Prüfung einschließlich der Probenahmeverfahren festgelegt.
