Die Mitgliedstaaten gewährleisten, daß die Versorger alle notwendigen Maßnahmen ergreifen, so daß den Spezifikationen dieser Richtlinie auf allen Ebenen der Erzeugung und des Inverkehrbringens von Vermehrungsmaterial und Pflanzen von Obstarten entsprochen wird.
