Chemical agents The following chemical agents in so far as it is known that they endanger the health of pregnant women and the unborn child and in so far as they do not yet appear in Annex II: substances labelled R 40, R 45, R 46, and R 47 under Directive 67/548/EEC (²) in so far as they do not yet appear in Annex II; chemical agents in Annex I to Directive 90/394/EEC (³); mercury and mercury derivatives; antimitotic drugs; carbon monoxide; chemical agents of known and dangerous percutaneous absorption.
