Article 3

Council Directive 93/75/EEC of 13 September 1993 concerning minimum requirements for vessels bound for or leaving Community ports and carrying dangerous or polluting goods · European Union

Member States shall designate, and inform the Commission of, the competent authorities to which the information and notifications provided for in this Directive shall be addressed. The Commission shall publish the list of the competent authorities and their communication links designated by Member States.
