Council Regulation (EEC) No 793/93 of 23 March 1993 on the evaluation and control of the risks of existing substances · European Union

In the case of decisions referred to in Article 11 (2) and Article 14 (1) if, on the expiry of a period of two months from the date of referral to the Council, the Council has not acted, the proposed measures shall be adopted by the Commission, save where the Council has decided against the said measures by a simple majority.
