Directive 94/19/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 1994 on deposit-guarantee schemes · European Union

The Member States shall bring into force the laws, regulations and administrative provisions necessary for them to comply with this Directive by 1 July 1995. They shall forthwith inform the Commission thereof.
