Directive 94/19/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 1994 on deposit-guarantee schemes · European Union

If a credit institution the exclusion of which is proposed under paragraph 3 is unable to make alternative arrangements which comply with the conditions prescribed in paragraph 4, then the competent authorities which issued its authorization shall revoke it forthwith.
