Directive 94/25/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 June 1994 on the approximation of the laws, regulations and administrative provisions of the Member States relating to recreational craft · European Union

The written declaration of conformity to the provisions of the Directive must always accompany: the recreational craft and be joined to the owner's manual (Annex I, point 2.5), the components as referred to in Annex II.
