Directive 94/25/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 June 1994 on the approximation of the laws, regulations and administrative provisions of the Member States relating to recreational craft · European Union

Recreational craft and components as referred to in Annex II which are regarded as meeting the essential requirements referred to in Article 3 must bear the CE marking of conformity when they are placed on the market.
