Directive 94/25/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 June 1994 on the approximation of the laws, regulations and administrative provisions of the Member States relating to recreational craft · European Union

Member States shall accept the placing on the market and putting into service of products referred to in Article 1 (1) which comply with the rules in force in their territory on the date of adoption of this Directive during a period of four years from that date.
